About 60 years ago, the beef industry changed. In
a rush to get beef to market, breeding cattle
became less about quality and more about quantity.
Dry aging beef for flavor and tenderness
was left behind.
So, when I started Roseda Beef, I went back to the
old days. With the help of computer technology, we
select breeding traits, like marbling, that will produce
a great eating experience for our customers. In
fact, we guarantee it.
Most of all, we returned to the days before mass
production. Our grandparents didn't feed their
cattle growth hormones or daily antibiotics; nor do
we. Sometimes less is more. We run Roseda
as a farm, not a factory. I think you'll taste the
difference in every delicious bite of Roseda Beef.
