Our boneless leg of lamb is your traditional leg of lamb, bone removed, and tied. The boneless leg is between 7 and 9 pounds
Frenched Rack
A full rack of Lamb contains 8 ribs. The crown roast is made by 2 or 3 tied racks. A rack weights about 1.5 lbs.
Lamb hindshank comes from the end of the shoulder and is larger than the foreshank. The shank is about 1.5 lbs.
